1. Drawing 2D, Structural designing 2D & Elevation – 2 options 3D.
2. Depth of Excavation for Footing (6’0”), Foundation, Footing Size, Height of the footing Concrete, Size of Columns, Plinth Beam, Roof Beam and Reinforcement as per Structural Designer’s Drawings.  
3. 6” Thick block wall for external & 4” thick block wall for internal.  
4. Single Coat of Plastering to all External & internal walls with mesh only on concrete and masonry joints.  
5. Window openings as per drawings.
6. Sump With 5,000 litres Volume, concrete wall with water Proofing. Additional capacity @ Rs.18 per liter.
7. Roof top to roof top: 10’0” height. Parapet wall: 3’0” height.  
8. Sill level concrete will be provided for all the internal and external walls (To avoid cracks)
9. Through lintel will be provided (To avoid cracks).
10. Steel brand will be used “Meenakshi / Indus / JSW “steel will be used for the Construction.  
11. Cement Brand (Birla Shakthi / Ultratech  / Dalmia / Ramco).  
12. M-Sand (Fine quality)will be used for all the Concrete work and Block work.  
13. P-Sand (Fine Quality)will be used for all the plastering works.  
14. All Form work will be used for sheet shuttering and wooden Scaffolding.
15. Height of the Building will be 1’6” from the Road level.
16. Terrace & Toilets will have waterproofing. (Dr Fixit Chemical).

1. Wiring as per technical Requirements of Anchor / Finolex / Havells / Polycab / KEI brand or any equivalent brand.  
2. Switches, Sockets, Switchboards etc., Anchor or any equivalent brand.  
3. All Electrical points as per below provision for
   Living: 2 light points + 1 fan P .
   Bedroom: 2 light points + 1 fan P + 3 5amps + 1 fan P. 
   Kitchen: 2 Light Points + 15 amp 2 + 5 amp 1 + Water purifier.
   Toilet: 1 light Point + 1 geyser P + 1 5amp.
   Staircase: 1 light points as per the requirement on each floor.

1. All sanitary Pipes will be of Supreme PVC – 4kg/cm3.  
2. All water lines will be of Ashirvad /Astral Make CPVC pipes and fittings.  
3. Parryware / Hindware / Cera Fittings in Toilet & kitchen @ Rs.20,000/-.  
4. Sanitary Fittings & Tap:
   a. Diverter.

1. Internal walls & Ceiling:  Wall Putty 2 coats of ( Asian Putty / JK).

4. Internal Wall: Asian Paint OR Tractor Emulsion.

1. Granite counter 10’0” with Edge polishing  (Rs. 200 /- per sqft) & SS sink  18”0’ x 24”0’ ( Up to Rs.3000/- per sink).

This Packages is applicable for land areas of 1200 sq ft and above, specifically for buildings that are Ground + 1 Floor or higher.
